Consultant Surgical Oncologist and General Surgeon at The Royal Marsden, specialising in soft tissue sarcomas, malignant melanoma and other rare tumours.
Mr Myles Smith took up a substantive post with the Sarcoma, Melanoma and Rare Tumours (SMART) service of The Royal Marsden in 2015, and joined The Institute of Cancer Research in 2017.
He has developed a specialist surgical oncology practice with particular expertise in soft tissue sarcoma and advanced melanoma. Mr Smith has a strong interest in pelvic surgery and minimally invasive techniques, including robotic surgery. He is also the Royal College Tutor at The Royal Marsden.
With clinics at The Royal Marsden in Chelsea and HCA facilities in Chelsea and Chiswick, Mr Smith offers expert oncological surgical care tailored to the individual patient.
Our One-Stop Lump Clinic provides comprehensive cancer checks for lumps and bumps — with assessment, imaging and, where necessary, biopsy on the same day. From first appointment to diagnosis, everything is handled under one roof.
